We understand how eager you are to receive your new favorites. Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible.
However, please note that after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is fully managed by them.
IRISÉ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as holiday congestion, severe weather, flight delays, or customs inspections.
