Use a soft tape measure or a strip of paper to measure the widest part of your nail bed (in mm). If you’re using a paper strip, mark the measurement and use a ruler to get the exact size. This is the key step in choosing the correct size.

Important Notes
Due to manual measurement and sanding errors, there may be a margin of 1-2mm. If your measurement falls between two sizes, it’s recommended to choose the larger size.
